Killpin  /  Killpin Stealth
Flagship · CAN-bus immobilizer

Nothing to see.
Nothing to find.

Killpin Stealth is hidden out of sight and disarmed with buttons that are already in your car. There is no keypad, no light and no extra fob — nothing in the cabin that tells anyone a security system is fitted at all.

What it is

A silent gate between the key and the engine.

Your engine will not run until Killpin has seen a sequence that only you know, entered on buttons that are already in your car. Until then it makes no difference what is in the ignition, or what has been plugged in under the dashboard.

That's the whole idea. It doesn't try to stop a thief getting a working key — it accepts that they might, and makes the key insufficient.

Added to your cabin
Nothing.

No keypad, no indicator light, no second fob. Your sequence is entered on buttons the car already has — you choose which, and in what order.

Why it's built this way

Finding it is the hard part.

We don't publish how Stealth is fitted or where it goes. That isn't evasiveness for its own sake — every detail we put in public is a detail somebody trying to beat it doesn't have to work out for themselves.

01

Never in the same place twice

There is no standard position. No two installs need look alike, so somebody who has read everything there is to read about Killpin still has to find this one, in this car, in the time they have before somebody walks past.

02

Nothing to see in the cabin

No keypad, no indicator light, no second fob on your keyring. There is nothing on display to announce that this particular car is going to waste somebody's evening.

03

Fitted by the people who built it

Every Killpin is installed by us, or by an installer we have certified ourselves. The device matters — where it goes and how well it is fitted matters every bit as much.

Living with it

A few seconds, on your way out.

You get in, enter your sequence on the buttons you chose, and drive. Most owners settle into it within a day — it becomes about as memorable as putting a seatbelt on.

Lending the car to somebody, or handing it to a valet or a garage, is a conversation to have with us at handover. There are sensible ways to deal with it, and which one suits you depends on how often it happens.

  • Sequence chosen by you, changeable whenever you want
  • Uses controls already in the cabin — nothing new to learn
  • Nothing to hack remotely — no app, fob or account to attack
  • Documented in-person recovery if you forget it
  • Fitted and supported by the shop that built it
Fitment

It goes on most of what's parked outside.

Stealth covers the large majority of vehicles on Canadian roads — cars, trucks, SUVs and vans, turn-key and push-button alike.

Most makes, most model years

The vehicles people actually drive here — the Hondas, Toyotas, Fords, Hyundais and Kias filling every street in Montreal — are squarely in scope, along with the German and luxury marques.

Turn-key or push-button

It makes no difference which generation of ignition your vehicle has. Your sequence is entered first, and then you start the car exactly the way you always have.

And if yours is the exception

Older and more unusual vehicles are where Killpin Code earns its place. Between the two systems there is an answer for very nearly anything with an engine in it.
